OPERATIONS Vice-President

BS, Civil Engineering – Universidad Central de Venezuela, Caracas-Venezuela.

He has 32 years of experience. Mr. Alonzo has served as project engineer, field engineer, construction inspector, and project manager for a variety of building and civil projects including secure housing units, industrial facilities water supply, wastewater collection and transmission and storm water projects. He has managed large project teams (>100 engineers and technicians); including joint ventures with several national firms like Bechtel, and Brown and Root. His management experience extends from conceptual design phases, design, scheduling, staffing, cost control, administration, construction, and commissioning.

Design Civil Engineer

Mr. Fernandez has more than twenty-five years of experience in the fields of civil and infrastructure engineering, project management, design, computer-aided design. His experience includes earthworks, hydraulics studies, pumping stations, reservoir ponds, settling ponds, sewerage system projects, water supply systems, storm-water/drainage, irrigation and drainage projects, and bid process. Mr. Fernandez’s skills are reflected in several projects dealing with coordinating technical issues, planning, cost control, quality assurance/quality control, suppliers, local authorities, construction marketing and sales.

Mr. Lopez, with over 35 years of experience in construction and design for all phases of commercial buildings, site and land development, and municipal work, Mr. Lopez has acquired a great degree of knowledge in the detailed Quality Control requirements. In the last 10 years, Mr. Lopez has been involved extensively as project Manager for Commercial and Institutional Projects Construction.


Superintendent of Construction

BS, Mechanical Engineering – Polytechnic José Antonio Echeverría – Havana, Cuba

Mr. Ricardo Vera has over ten years of experience in the construction industry throughout which he has gained the knowledge and experience to lead a successful project to completion. Currently, Mr. Vera is the Superintendent for CAS Contractors and successfully manages several projects a year.

Safety and Health Officer

Mrs. Edelma Rodriguez has over 13 years of experience in the construction and engineering industry which have been formative in her education and training in Safety and Health regulations. She has served in positions such as Safety Manager, Safety Representative, Project Engineer, Assistant Superintendent, and Field Technician on a variety of projects.
